Could use a more detailed cleaning, but the bedrooms and bathrooms were clean. Pulled out the hide-a-bed for use, but it wasn't clean, so we didn't use it. Nice view and good location for our trip."

"Beautifully “active” property has it all! Our group spent hours outside enjoying everything from the pool to the hammocks to the pickleball & volleyball courts! Our host David went above and beyond with communication, suggestions for our trip, and addressing a few minor issues. Always prompt and responsive. The only thing that should be mentioned is the house is slowly becoming not in the lake as the lake waters have dropped substantially. But the property isn’t self is as-advertised. Wed definitely come back!"

"Pros: Very nice staff, beautiful bathroom remodel, easy parking, close to Austin. Overall good value Cons: not all of the rooms are well maintained. When we first arrived the lock to our room needed new batteries (waited 25 min in hallway to get into room)"
